Made from menthol, camphor, turpentine, cinnamon and peppermint, it serves as a topical painkiller and is used to treat sore muscles and joints, relieve back pain and ease arthritis. Simply apply 2 to 3 drops of the oil to affected area and rub in small circles for 15 to 20 minutes.
